London-based studio Campaign has designed a new wine shop and cocktail bar for Selfridges. Located on the lower ground floor of the famous department store, the space is designed to be a welcoming and relaxing environment in which to browse for spirits, fine wines and cigars.

In the wine shop, signage is inspired by tasting notes and product displays take their cue from the materials used to transport wine. Modular boxes inspired by wine boxes are arranged on palettes made especially for the space, while oak and smoked steel cabinets show off bottles of spirits and wines.

Named after Selfridges' founder, Harry Gordon's Bar includes a steel frame wall inset with amber glass, and a bar made of oak and clad with a slab of white marble. A terracotta brick floor completes the warm, tactile materials in the space.
