Founded in 2007, artisanal chocolate brand Mast Brothers sources its cocoa beans from small towns in Madagascar, Venezuela and Ecuador, with each of its signature chocolate bars hand-crafted from bean to bar in its Brooklyn factory.

The company's founders, Rick and Michael Mast, discovered their love for chocolate by making dark chocolate in their apartment. “Everybody loves chocolate, but very few people know how it is made,” says Rick.

The brand now offers a wide range of single estate, origins and blends such as Sambirano Valley which is organically sourced from Madagascar and contains notes of blood orange, raspberry and red wine. Each bar is wrapped in gold foil and vintage-inspired printed paper.
